The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand and offers generosity, a small tension, a certain concentration, a nice ripe / juicy fruit, a small suavity as well asa fine sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy plum, bright Boysenberry and small notes of juicy blueberry associated with touches of crunchy strawberry, cherry blossoms, lily, hints of liquorice, toast, nutmeg, a very discreet almost orange hint as well as very slight hints of blond tobacco and chocolate. Tannins are structuring.
