The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of pulpy Boysen blackberry, fleshy plum and small notes of lily, iris associated with touches of pulpy small wild red fruits as well as fine hints of Sichuan pepper, a discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand and offers generosity, a small tension, a certain concentration, a nice ripe / juicy fruit, a small suavity as well asa fine sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy plum, bright Boysenberry and small notes of juicy blueberry associated with touches of crunchy strawberry, cherry blossoms, lily, hints of liquorice, toast, nutmeg, a very discreet almost orange hint as well as very slight hints of blond tobacco and chocolate. Tannins are structuring.
