The nose is elegant, ne, pure, aromatic, beautifully de ned, charming and offers dynamism, a ne complexity, delicacy, a ne density (in the background) and a ne intensity. It reveals notes of dried lemon, fresh zest of mandarin and small notes of quince, clementine zest associated with small notes of white owers (lemon blossom, peach blossoms…), pear and slight notes of apricot in syrup, pâtisseries, vanilla, cedar and an imperceptible touch of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced, elegant, dynamic, melodious, charming, aerial and offers a beautiful nesse, a beautiful delicacy, a ne complexity and an outstanding denition. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized orange and candied lemon associated with small notes of citron, quince, almond, orange blossom and small hints of apricot in syrup, rancio, cedar and spices. Good length and persistence. A Cognac full of emotions!
