It reveals notes of cedar, dry kumquat, small notes of dry white flowers associated with small touches of dry lemon zests, dry pear, fine hints of dry tobacco, grey pepper, nutmeg and a hint of cedar. The palate is fruity and offers a small fullness, suavity, gourmandize, a fine unctuosity, a fine juiciness, a small generosity, a fine tension as well as elegance. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of crushed dry yellow grape, candied quince, small notes of dry apple associated with touches of dry lemon, small candied white fruits, candied peach as well as fine hints of brioche, sweet spices, caramelization, a discreet hint of tobacco, dry flowers and violet (in the background). Good length.
