The palate is fruity, beautiful balance, stretch, elegant, dynamic, harmonious, melodious and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, an aerial approach, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful delicacy and a fine complexity. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized orange, crystallized lemon, small notes of dry apple associated with small notes of cedrat, dry peach, quince, lychee as well as hints of dry almond, rose, orange flowers, pâtisserie, small hints of rancio, cedar, pepper and spices.
