Château Dauzac 2022 – Margaux Grand Cru Classé

Château Dauzac 2022 – Margaux Grand Cru Classé

Nice elegant, precise, stretched nose which offers depth, tension, a lovely freshness, a little infusion side, a velvety side as well as a nice breed (marked by its terroir). It reveals notes of black blackberry, small ripe/fleshy black fruits, violet and small notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, graphite, hints of nutmeg, toasted as well as a hint of bergamot and an imperceptible hint of almost aromatic herbs (in the background). The palate is elegant, fresh, mineral, delicate, subtle and offers depth, a beautiful airy substance, suavity, a nice richness as well as power in harmony and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of bright blackcurrant, fleshy cherry/currants as well as hints of chocolate, graphite as well as a saline hint /iodine, with fine hints of bergamot, star anise and a very discreet, almost sappy hint (in the background).
