The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers complexity, a beautiful precise/juicy fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy/juicy griotte cherry, small notes of blackberry associated with touches of wild raspberry as well as hints of violet, cuben pepper, sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of liquorice and bergamot. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful ripe/juicy/pulpy fruit, a fine freshness as well as a fine acidulous frame and a beautiful finesse of the guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, black cherry, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of raspberry, liquorice as well as very fine hints of flowers, liquorice, bergamot and an imperceptible hint of grilled. An imperceptible hint of coffee on the persistence.
