The nose is rich, fruity and offers a certain elegance. It reveals notes of candied citrus combined with small notes of fresh citrus zests and slight touches of clementine seeds and eucalyptus. The palate is fruity, rich, deep, fat and offers minerality and a small acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses small notes of candied white fruits (candied pear, a touch of caramel pear…), fine notes of caramel (tarte tatin caramel) as well as lemon paste associated with slight notes of Yuzu and honey. Good length.
