Château d’Argan 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is aromatic and offers fruity and spicy notes. It expresses aromas of roasted red cherry, morello cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and crushed strawberry, combined with touches of roasted meat, grilled aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary) and dried mint. On the palate, the wine is juicy, refined, on fruits. It expresses notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, wild blackberry and wild strawberry, accompanied by notes of wild mint, licorice, coffee and toast. The tannins have a fine but drying texture. Acidity is lively and salivating, but the finish is on the astringency of tannins.
