The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, precision as well as minerality. It reveals notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, fresh/juicy raspberry and small notes of violet/rose associated with small touches of liquorice, toasted/chocolate as well as a subtle hint of zan. Good length. A subtle hint of vanilla on the persistence.
