The nose is fruity, a bit crunchy and offers a fine richness, freshness, finesse, precision as well as a fine cremosity. It reveals notes of candied lemon, peach and small notes of mandarin, nutmeg, crushed Williams pear associated with small touches of fresh lychee, spices, honey as well as an imperceptible touch of wood and flowers (jasmine …). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition, a fine acid frame, unctuousity, richness, a beautiful juiciness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and candied pear / white peach associated with small touches of candied mandarin, roasted pineapple, mango and very fine touches of vanilla (in the background), a subtle hint of honey, almond as well as discreet touches of spices (in the background).
