The nose is a bit more discreet than on other vintages. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon and slight notes of cardamom, fennel and a fine note of white pepper. The palate is fresh, round, relatively fat, balanced and offers a nice volume. In the mouth it expresses notes of candied white fruit (nectarine and a touch of pear), grape and a few citrus notes combined with notes of honey, fruit in syrup and slight notes of gingerbread as well as a touch of walnuts on the finish. Good length.
