Château D’Anglès – Classique 2020 – La Clape

The nose offers notes of bright green apple, bright green peach and small notes of peach flowers associated with fine touches of lime blossom, fresh sage, small hints of almond, a very discreet hint of spices as well as an imperceptible hint of iodine and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, precision, a small juiciness, a certain tension, a good fineness of the grain, a stretched side, aromatic purity as well as a good finesse of the guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy green apple, pulpy / juicy green nectarine and small notes of fresh quenette associated with touches of lemon / lime, linden, sage as well as a very discreet hint of anise, toasted and an imperceptible hint of honey. Good length.
