The nose is fruity and offers a fine richness and a small power. The nose needs aeration. It reveals notes of blueberry, wild strawberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of liquorice stick, nutmeg, chocolate and cardamom. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, racy minerality as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy blueberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, liquorice stick as well as fine hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. A hint of fresh almond on the persistence.
