The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a fine grain, a small racy minerality as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, fleshy/fresh wild raspberry and small notes of ripe small red berries associated with a touch of cassis, violet as wel as very fine hints of flowers (cornflower…) and discreet hints of liquorice stick. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, frank and offers a very beautiful definition, a beautiful gourmandize/juiciness, suavity, tension, gourmandize, a finely acidulous frame as well as a beautiful precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of cassis, flowers as well as fine hints of toasted, chocolate and vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
