The nose is fruity and offers a small power and a fine deepness. It reveals notes of cassis, violet and small notes of small blue fruits associated with fine touches of crunchy strawberry, iris as well as hints of Cuben pepper, spices and a very discreet hint of tea. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, an acidulous/juicy frame, tension and a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of small fleshy blue fruits associated with fine touches of fleshy strawberry as well as hints of Bourbon vanilla, graphite, caramelization and a very discreet hint of dry almond. Good length. Tannins are elegant and racy. There are slight hints of chocolate on the finish.
