(100% Sauvignon blanc, aging on lees). The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of citrus associated with a few notes of exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple) as well as small notes of peach and apricot. The palate is fresh, fleshy, a bit dense, beautifully intense and offers a nice matter, and an acid frame (on citrus) that leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of white peach, brugnon and tangerine associated with small notes of yellow peach and citrus. Good intensity and length. Beautiful persistence.
