The nose is fresh, mineral / racy, a bit tight and offers elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed wild strawberry and small notes of flowers, fleshy cherry associated with touches of liquorice as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices. The mouth is mineral, fresh, well-balanced, precise and offers a good definition, a fine unctuosity, fat, roundness and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed redcurrants, wild strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of vanilla, caramelized oak and subtle hints of hazelnut. Tannins are well-built and slightly firm. Good length. There is a hint of grilled almond on the aftertaste (brings gourmandize).
