Château Croque Michotte 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a certain concentration and power in the fruit. It reveals notes of concentrated cassis, wild blackberry and more slightly small black currants associated with black pepper, violet as well as fine hints of fresh blond tobacco, licorice as well as a hint of fresh cinnamon. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a little fat, minerality as well as a fine concentration. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, violet and more slightly of small bright red currants associated with touches of licorice, chocolate, small black currants, with fine hints of black pepper, sweet blond tobacco, caramelization as well as a discreet hints of almond and cocoa. Tannins are precise and delicious. Gourmandize and a fine sapidity on the finish / persistence.
