The nose is elegant and offers power, finesse, subtlety and a small frank / straight. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of crushed red berries associated with discreet hints of spices, cardamom, a very discreet hint of blueberry as well as very discreet hints of Tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is silky, well-balanced, very discreetly tight, precise, elegant, chiseled and offers a beautiful finesse, delicacy, subtlety, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful suavity, tension, freshness, a beautiful gourmandise as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy red berries associated with fine touches of fleshy / fresh blueberry, fine toasted touches, liquorice, a very discreet hint of cherry as well as discreet hints of spices and cardamom. Tannins are fine, elegant and slightly firm. Good length and persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of tonka bean on the persistence. There is a very discreet touch of almond on the aftertaste.
