The nose is elegant, racy and offers precision as well as a good purity of fruit. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon, ripe kumquat and small notes sweet zest associated with touches of peach, pear as well as fine hints of beeswax, small yellow flowers, lemon flowers, sense of the place as well as slight hints of spices / timut pepper. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced and offers an acidulous frame, racy minerality, dynamism, precision, elegance, a beautiful finesse of the roundness, a good freshness, gourmandise as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crystallized lime and small notes crystallized lemon associated with touches of jammy apple, juicy tangerine as well as hints of apricot in syrup, racy minerality, flowers of mandarin tree, beeswax, very discreet hints of flint and pâtisseries (in the background). A beautiful wine perfectly balanced (between richness, freshness, finesse, racy and tangy). A beautiful persistence with hints of crystallized / acidulous fruits, beeswax and very discreet toasted hints.
