The nose is elegant, beautifully fresh and offers a racy power, a beautiful balance, control as well as deepness, a small carved side, a beautiful balance, finesse and length. It reveals notes of quince, ripe Mirabelle, small notes of crystallized mandarine associated with touches of breadfruit, crystallized orange, small notes of roasted pineapple as well as fine hints of verbena, yellow peach, spices, discreet hints of brioche and honey. The palate is elegant, beautifully racy/delicate, perfectly balanced, precise, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain and control/balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sugared quince, candied lemon, small notes of crystallized mandarine associated with touches of roasted pineapple, candied yellow peach as well as fine hints of crushed pear, honey, brioche, discreet hints of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of sugared acacia flowers. Good length. A wine on candied fruits.
