CHÂTEAU COUHINS LURTON 2024 – Pessac-Léognan, Cru Classé

The nose is fruity, elegant, melodious and offers a lovely, controlled energy. It reveals notes of fresh Amalfi lemon, small fresh fruits and small notes of ripe zest, associated with a fine touch of almost fresh mandarin, lemon verbena, as well as fine gravelly hints. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a fresh/tangy frame, juiciness, energy, good definition, a lovely delicacy in its energy and a melodious side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, bright vine peach and small notes of bright kumquat, combined with a touch of almost ripe lemon caviar, fine hints of very discreet exotic fruit in the background, as well as notes of lemon blossom. Good length.
