The nose is fruity and offers a fine straightness. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and more slightly crushed raspberry associated with touches of black cherry, bell pepper, spices as well as a hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a bit aerial as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fresh raspberry and more slightly cassis associated with fine touches of small berries as well as discreet hints of oak (in the background). Tannins are stucturating and slightly firm. Good length. There is a subtle hint of vanilla and coffee on the persistence.
