The palate is juicy and offers a juicy/crunchy fruit, fat, a small fullness as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, ripe/fleshy red berries and touches of cassis bud associated with fine/discreet hints of liquorice, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint of nut (in the background). Good length.
