The nose is fruity, elegant, racy, aromatic and offers complexity, a fine intensity, a beautiful definition/aromatic purity, tension as well as finesse. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh small blue fruits associated with small touches of cornflower/violet, fine hints of nutmeg, spices, very discreet hints of liquorice, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of ripe almond, lilac and an almost saline hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, elegant and offers suavity, gourmandize, a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness, energy, a small suavity, a racy minerality, tension, a beautiful precision, pulpiness, density (but full of finesse) as well as a fine grain and very finely tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, juicy/fleshy cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with small touches of blue fruits, violet, fresh cornflower as well as hints of liquorice, toasted, chocolate and very fine hints of ripe almond/toasted hazelnut. Tannins are fine, elegant and offers suppleness. An imperceptible hint of bitterness and sapidity on the finish (bring gourmandize). Good gourmandize on the finish/persistence. Beautiful length and persistence. A beautiful wine !
