The nose is elegant, flowery and offers intensity as well as a certain gourmandize. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, lilac and small notes of lily associated with touches of strawberry, cherry flowers, bright violet plum as well as discreet hints of caramelization, liquorice and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, flowery, elegant, gourmand, beautifully built and offers a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful suavity, sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of violet, lilac associated with touches of crushed cherry, bright violet plum as well as fine hints of liquorice, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of chocolate. Good length. Tannins are precise and elegant. A persistence on notes of chocolate, crushed almond and a subtle chew on the finish/persistence.
