The nose offers freshness and straightness. It reveals note of blackberry, cassis and small notes of violet plum associated with fine touches of violet, crunchy strawberry as well as discreet hints of cornflower, Cuben pepper and toasted/sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a fine tension as well as a fine dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, varietals and small notes of crunchy blackberry associated with a hint of violet/lily as well as very fine toasted hints. Tannins are very finely firm/dry. A persistence on a hint of dark chocolate.
