Nice fresh nose, aromatic and offers intensity, aromatic purity as well as certain deepness. It reveals notes of quince paste, candied tangerine and more slightly notes of candied orange zest associated with touches of sweet lemon, candied nectarine as well as discreet hints of flowers and a very discreet varietal hint (background). The palate is nicely fruity, juicy, fresh, elegant and offers a nice racy minerality, a nice crystalline touch and purity on the palate as well as some nice balanced richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, jammy mandarin and slight hints of fruit paste (but without heaviness) associated with touches of roasted pineapple, pulpy/juicy apple, discreet hints of white flowers, white lily as well as a subtle hint of lemon blossom, lychee in syrup, a discreet hint of almond and biscuit. Good length. A subtle chewiness on the finish/persistence. Nice persistence.
