The nose is powerful, aromatic, gourmand, racy, complex and offers a slight intensity and racy minerality. It reveals notes of blackberry and pepper associated with slight notes of ripe strawberry, peony / flowers, gray pepper as well as hints of toasted oak / cocoa and sweet spices / spices. The palate is fruity, acidulous and offers a beautiful juicy frame, a slight freshness, a very slight minerality, a beautiful delicacy, a slight concentration, a beautiful finesse as well as a beautiful purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, black cherry and slight hints of fleshy raspberry, redcurrant combined with hints of plum, cassis, toasted oak as well as a subtle / discreet hints of Lapsang Souchong tea, sweet spices and a subtle hint of cocoa on the finish. Outstanding wine !
