Château Clément Pichon 2018 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a good structure as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and small notes of liquorice associated with fine touches of ripe/fresh red fruits as well as fine hints of flowers, crushed red berries, liquorice and a discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of liquorice and a very discreet hint of toasted on the finish/persistence. Good length.
