Château clarke 2019 – Listrac-Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is elegant and offers a finesse of the grain, delicacy as well as a fine intensity and an aerial side. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of ripe wild raspberry, fleshy blackberry, a racy minerality, zan as well as a hint of juicy cherry, sweet spices and toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, minerality, a good definition as well as tension, finesse, a racy minerality and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy wild blackberry, juicy cassis, small notes of fresh/juicy raspberry associated with touches of juicy/ripe small red berries, violet, lily as well as very fine hints of juicy/fresh red cherry, toasted, sweet spices, caramelization and discreet hints of zan. Tannins are racy. Good length.
