It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed raspberry and fleshy cassis associated with fine touches of cornflower/tulip, toasted, spices as well as subtle touches of tea, Cuben pepper and a very discreet hint of almond/cardamom. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful defintion, a fine acid frame, a small sauvity, tension, finesse, a very fine density, a beautiful grain as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and more slightly fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of toasted/caramelized oak, a hint of almond, spices, a subtle hint of cardamom as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality and a very discreet hint of nut. Tannins are fine, elegant and very slightly fleshy. Good length.
