The nose is fresh, racy and offers minerality as well as a small flowery side. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, violet and small notes of peony associated with small touches of bright raspberry as well as fine hints of grey pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous/fresh frame, juiciness, a controlled richness, minerality and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of crushed blueberry as well as fine hints of toasted, chocolate, an imperceptible hint of toasted almond and vanilla.
