The nose is aromatic and offers a fine concentration/intensity as well as a small freshness. It reveals notes of black cherry, cassis and more slightly liquorice associated with touches of ripe wild strawberry, violet as well as fine hints of nutmeg/spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine tension, juiciness, freshness as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and more slightly fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and more slightly fleshy/juicy cassis associated with small touches of cornflower, lily, fine hints of liquorice as well as discreet hints of cedar and spices. Tannins are well-built
