The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine tension, juiciness, freshness as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and more slightly fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and more slightly fleshy/juicy cassis associated with small touches of cornflower, lily, fine hints of liquorice as well as discreet hints of cedar and spices. Tannins are well-built.
