Château Chantalouette 2022 – Pomerol

Château Chantalouette 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity and offers a slight power as well as a fine and tense grain. We find notes of blackberry, violet and slight notes of fresh pepper associated with touches of fresh spices as well as fine hints of almost small ripe red fruits and an imperceptible hint of saffron. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a little fat as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy/fleshy cherry and small notes of small crushed red berries associated with touches of fresh flowers as well as hints of tonka bean and toasted hazelnut. Good length. Good job on the bitters.
