The nose is racy and offers a small power as well as a fine and finely tight grain. It reveals notes of juicy wild cassis, iris, small notes of juicy blackberry associated with touches of small red berries, crunchy raspberry, fine hints of lily, cuben pepper, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of black tea (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, fresh and offers a fine acidulous frame, tension, precision, juiciness, a racy grain, gourmandize as well as a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, small notes of pulpy/juicy blueberry associated with small touches of small juicy/fresh red berries, crunchy violet plum, crunchy raspberry, hints of iris, fresh cornflower as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, sweet spices, a very discreet hint of mild tobacco (in the background) and a subtle hint of coffee (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
