The nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruits (especially black cherries) combined with roasted notes but also smoky, meat and spices. The palate is fresh, mineral, fleshy, dense and quite complex. It reveals aromas of black fruits (plums, blackberries, blackberry …) associated with spices (mocha, cocoa). Long finish with hints of mocha including slight notes of coffee. A good and elegant wine in the “classicism” of this chateau.
