The nose is fruity, beautifully racy and offers a small minerality, a fresh fruit as well as a fine grain and a beautiful freshness. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, bright wild strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of racy minerality, fresh lily, small fresh fruits as well as hints of liquorice, tonka bean and a subtle hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, racy, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small tension, dynamism, gourmandize, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition as well as delicacy and a small justly controlled richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of violet, liquorice, chocolate as well as fine hints of toasted/caramelized oak, a discreet hint of sugared mild tobacco and almond. A fine sapidity and a very fine discreet hint of bitterness of the chocolate in the persistence.
