The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine intensity as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe red berries, ripe cassis and more slightly small ripe/fresh red fruits associated with fine hints of pepper, tonka bean, nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, precise and offers minerality, suavity, a small silkiness, tension, gourmandize as well as a small mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy/crunchy cherry and more slightly cassis associated with small touches of fleshy/juicy wild strawberry, fine hints of flowers as well as discreet hints of liquorice and chocolate. Small gourmandize on the finish. Good length.
