Château Cap St George 2019 – Saint-George Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity and offers a racy power, intensity and a fine grain. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, strawberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of blueberry, raspberry, lily as well as hints of zan, sugared mild tobacco as well as a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. the palate is fruity, fresh and offers a fresh frame, a fine grain and fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, blackberry, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of blueberry, raspberry as well as hints of Sichuan pepper. Tannins are structuring and racy. A very discreet chew on the finish/persistence.
