The nose is pretty, fresh and fruity with a certain intensity in its grain and a fine stretched side. We perceive notes of creamy wild blackcurrant, boysen blackberries and slight notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of star anise as well as hints of pepper and a subtle menthol and toasted note. The palate is fruity with a tangy structure which brings tension and energy. There are notes of juicy and luscious blackberries, creamy blackcurrant and slightly tangy currants associated with touches of fresh berries as well as a hint of star anise, chocolate toast and a subtle note of nutmeg. The tannins are soft/ The palate presents a lovely freshness, sapidity and delicacy on the lingering finish.
