The nose shows notes of black fruits, spice and chocolate associated with small toasted notes. The palate is elegant , structured , concentrated and mineral. It expresses notes of black fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry in particular) with notes of cherry, strawberry, spice and a timber well integrated. On the palate notes of cherry enveloping the palate with great elegance and softness. The final and long and persistent. Personally I recommend waiting at least 3 years before opening.
