The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame, tension and finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of acidulous/pulpy blue fruits, nutmeg, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of black tea (in the background). Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. A very discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence.
