The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration, a fine grain as well as freshness. It reveals notes of lemon, zests and small notes of lemon flowers, apple flowers associated with touches of crunchy green apple, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of fresh pineapple. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension, precision, clearness as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cristallized lemon, cristallized grapefruit and small notes of zests associated with touches of juicy/fleshy peach, juicy William peat as well as hints of litchee. Good length. There is a hint of toasted almond on the aftertaste.
