The nose is fresh, fine, quite elegant and quite fruity. it reveals woody notes, notes of dark chocolate/mocha, blackberry and wild strawberry associated with slight hints of racy minerality/flint, crushed cassis as well as a discreet hints of crushed raspberry, very discreet hints of Cuben pepper and slight touch of roasting. The palate is fruity, fine, juicy, elegant, round, sleek and offers a beautiful finesse, an acid frame, a small tension, racy minerality, powerful (beautifully balanced), a beautiful definition, deepness, a slight concentration as well as a slight juiciness in the background and an imperceptible hint of clove (in the background). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crunchy strawberry and slight notes of raspberry, redcurrant associated with a discreet hint of blackcurrant, black cherry, fine notes of dark chocolate / cocoa, wood as well as a very discreet hint of zan (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of clove (in the background). Tannins are fine and supple. The finish is suave. Good length and persistence.
