The nose is fruity, fine and offers freshness and a certain intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis combined with slight notes of violets, chocolate and a toasted touch. The palate is fruity, precise, silky, fleshy and offers freshness, minerality and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry and cassis jam associated with a hint of Quetsche plum as well as notes of chocolate and a few slight toasted notes (in the background). Tannins are fine and well built. Good length.
