The nose is fruity, racy, very discreetly tight and offers a fine racy power, a fine structure, a good definition as well as a very fine deepness. It reveals notes of cassis, cherry and small notes of juicy/ripe blackberry associated with touches of liquorice, violet, strawberry, racy minerality as well as a very fine hint of toasted/caramelized and discreet hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral (racy minerality), well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers juiciness, a good structure, a fine acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful silky touch, a beautiful suavity as well as a fine grain and very discreetly tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy raspberry associated with fine hints of flowers as well as very fine hints of liquorice stick, almond/crushed hazelnut anda very discreet hint of chocolate on the finish/persistence. There is a very fine salinity/sapidity on the finish.
