Château Bouscaut 2019 – Pessac-Léognan Grand Cru Classé de Graves 

The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of juicy/ripe lemon, vine peach, small notes of ripe lime associated with touches of juicy/ripe green apple, apple flower as well as very fine hints of lime, quenette as well as an imperceptible hint of brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, juiciness and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, pink grapefruit, small notes of juicy/fleshy vine peach associated with touches of green apple, juicy mandarine as well as a subtle hint of lime, juicy quenette and honeysuckle/rose. Good length. An imperceptible hint of toasted/brioche on the finish/persistence.
